1. Hotel Cancellation/ amendments
Cancellation which is related to booking directly with the hotel has to be made through corresponding email ID: info@ftehanoihotel.com or CALL directly to +84 906526888 (Our Sales Department)/ +84 24 35552468 (Our Guest Service Agents), otherwise no cancellation will be entertained.
Customers must notify us if there are changes before 03 days you check in.
Any cancellation submitted after the cancellation due date, ONE night will be charged.
Cancellation condition:
– If cancellation/amendment is made 72 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
– If cancellation/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night’s room rate and tax will be charged
No Show:
- In case of no-show, full nights of the reservation will be charged
- Amendment must be made with a minimum of 72 hours before arrival date in official writing
Refund:
The refund will be made through your credit card. Additionally, althoughGloud Hotel will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 12-15 days for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank’s practice.
2. Check-in and check-out:
* Check-in time is from 02:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 noon
* Early check-in: subject to room availability.
* Check-in before 07:00 AM: Full day charge applies for early check-in before 07:00 AM
* Check-in from 07:00 - 10:00 AM: Half day charge applies for early check-in from 07:00 - 10:00 AM
* Check-in from 10:00 AM - 01:00 PM: 30% of first night's room charge applies for early check-in from 10:00 AM - 01:00 PM
Late check-out policy:
* Late check-out subject to room availability:
Check-out until 17:00 PM: Half day charge applies for late check-out until 17:00 PM
Check-out after 17:00 PM: Full day charge applies for late check-out after 17:00 PM
3. Children policy
* Children under 6 years old: Sharing bed with parent or using baby cot, Free of Charge.
* Children from 6 years old, cost 90,000 VND for extra breakfast and above is cost 180,000 VND for extra breakfast.
* Extra bed is required at surcharge of VND 380.000/pax/night, including breakfast.
Extra beds and baby cot:
Maximum 01 extra bed per room (Depends on the room you select)
Baby cot is available upon request and free of charge. Maximum 01 cot per room.
